Mindfulness has many definitions that encompasses many aspects allowing the maintenance of cosmic life force to flow harmoniously within, around and external to all. This cosmic life force is a vibrant energetic being some refer to by many names apart from God, Allah, Goddess. This is the heroines journey quite different in aspects pertaining to the hero’s journey. There are many names for the Protonea, first thought, after thought in Greek mythology is PROMETHEUS. Who stole the first light. Equated with the fallen Sophia and Lucifer. Virtue is to keep the law of the energy field, a great magnetic field called the aura surrounds any living being. A principle by which a person of practical wisdom can determine. Virtue is excellence, happiness is a kind of excellence in disposition and acts that are excellent. The nature of a human being is not what he or she is born as but what he or she is born for (Virtue Ethics, Aristotle) Most are given a name at birth, it defines to a certain degree, but it is limited to the perspective of the name bearer and what attachments it is imbued with. All names, words have a vibrancy, frequency, pattern and form. The energetic link, attachments is the weight, gravitas one bears in the name. Language and meaning of many words has changed as time goes by, people migrate, cultures are assimilated, values and teachings lost, usurped or destroyed by conquering nations.
Obsequiousness means marked by or exhibiting a fawning, attentiveness. Fawning or sycophantic is compliance and exaggerated deference of manner. Excessively eager and attentive to please or obey instruction, subservient, slavish or servile. Sycophant person is someone who praises what they perceive as powerful or ‘rich ‘ people in a way that is not sincere, usually to get some advantage from them, flattering, leach, parasite, toady. Obsequious flatterer or self seeker are all synonyms of lugubrious expression of sad, dismal rather than lively, cheerful expression. Obduracy one who is stubbornly persistent in wrong doing, hardened in feelings, resistant to persuasion or softening influences.
Being really alive rather than merely existing brings well being called Eudaimonia; well being comes from right action with good reason. Obstreperousness is being stubbornly resistant to control, unruly, obstreperous behaviour.
When dealing with everyday, often mundane issues it is easy to go to extremes of polarity as a reaction (law of polarity, The Kybalion). This destroys virtues, apply temperance not too much or too little with respect to each virtue. Moderation or Sophrosyne is the good defined as that which all things aim. Teleological thinking is all aims for some good and the end justifies the means. The mean between two extremes can effectively be resolved using dialectic analysis. Mining for gold, the divine feminine, the beloved muse, the one that completes the inner dialogue, satiating the inner and external craving for unity.

The dysfunctional emotional relationship within self and extant in other relationships is due to perpetuation of an unworkable ideal. Resolution is achieved by integrating ones anima and animus. An older classification by C.G.Jung, Misunderstood, corrupted, exploited and in terms of gender outmoded but it still has symbolic value as it is in the global collective conscious. This is the extreme polarized view that is to be resolved in many people to gain a harmonious workable relationship with self initially and the bliss, ananda of the beloved, the soul, psyche is what it is in part born to be.

The earth itself is being upgraded and people on it also. It does take effort on a personal level. Remove self from 3D matrix and live at a higher vibration. Many people already are not aligned with the collective, polarized people and are agitated with those not aligned with their collective, group, team, cult and religious consciousness. There is a movement towards a different stereotype of human in the Trans humanism movement sector which does not look well for many who are living at lower vibrational fear based mentalities. The “Divine feminine”, Heroine’s journey is the Merkabah, chariot of the gods, light body itself, soul to others. The most mysterious angel in the Holy Bible, the subtle body, throne of the gods, the Ophanim. The origin of ancient wisdom is embodied in feminine attributes and the divine feminine Sophia, wisdom concept of Western religiosity. This phrase, divine feminine has been misused for centuries by many in exoteric and esoteric circles as part of the dualistic perspective perpetuated by those who hold to that premise. The heroes journey is well documented in part by Joseph Campbell and in the tarot cards by artists anciently and in these days. The chariot card depicts one aspect of the Ophanim.
The Heroine’s journey however is found in myth, legends and ancient healing modalities and religious works; although often referenced in a lesser light than the hero. It is the esoteric view point, suppressed matriarchal values. Both journeys are a dynamic interplay of light, energy in many forms and are not subject to gender bias. Both journeys are the balancing, harmonizing of yin and yang, Adam and Eve. Eve and Lilith of the gnostics perspective and terminology on light and matter.
There is reference to gender from a dualistic perspective for understanding Light, sound vibration and the Holy Sciences but it is of no gender. This dualistic, separateness perspective is based on what is called Yaldaboath, the demiurge in religiosity. An illusion extant in many establishments and ultimately fear based, abounding in half truths at best for manipulation, control of those devoid of the capacity to think and self regulate their own emotions; or hindered in doing so. Depending on which system one adopts for personal development, a certain frequency of vibration is established in the human body. The essence or core of self called Atman, related to Atum and Atom, Amen, Amun Ra, OM. For example understanding the Science of the Gunas an ancient Vedic, Hindu wisdom that can transform one’s life. All are present in different degrees in everything. They shape the personality, Sattva the spiritual uplift , lightness and balancer, Rajas related to fire, anger, intelligence Tamas correlated with grounding, joy, lethargy are used to describe character, essence of a person. (Bhagavad Gita explains this Chapter 14, 15) Balanced gunas is the aim of the yogi or anyone seeking balance. When in harmony or maximized it imbues one with clarity. There is a trinity relationship in the substance of these gunas.
The gunas when in excess give rise to their latent qualities, one can be in dominance but the others are always present to some degree. There are many natural health practices that can stimulate activity in the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for rest and digest. Fifth body is physical relates to the throat chakra where the other bodies play out, express. It can be a teacher taking what is abstract and making it practical or concrete. The challenge here if the physical body is weak inner / outer realities will be unbalanced.
Sixth body or arc line, halo from ear to ear. This body gives the ability to focus, meditate and project manifested thoughts and desires. The challenge here is any weaknesses show up as decreased ability to meditate, focus and use intuition.
Seventh body is the aura. A sphere of electromagnetic energy that surrounds the entire body and can extend in any direction. Nine feet and more has been recorded and this aura helps when doing remote viewing. When the aura is strong it affords immunity from negative others; bringing confidence and security of being. The challenge here is one can feel overwhelmed by outside influences and an energy drain on others.
Eighth body is the Pranic body controls the breath in and out. Prana is name given to the life force energy. The energy of the universe. When this body is working you are fearless, fully alive, lit up and have the potential to heal others or light their lamp. (Hermetics kybalion). The challenge is a tendency to be fearful, activate and exhibit defence mechanism when the body is weak, Sluggish, fatigue is a challenge here.
Ninth body, subtle body carries the soul when it leaves the body. This body is used in astral projection, lucid dreaming and exorcism of undesired energies. A strong subtle body gives the ability to see beyond the obvious, nothing in life is a mystery as you can access the appropriate solutions. A great sense of calm and finesse / grace. The challenge here is one can be naive, easily fooled, unintentionally crude or unrefined in speech and behaviour in a weak subtle body.
Tenth body is the radiant body. A glorious radiant sphere of light that gives one grace,’ spiritual royalty’ or magnetic presence that can heal others at a glance. Often mistaken by others at a lower level of perception or sensing as instant love attraction.
The command center is where you master and direct the energy of all the ten bodies, as needed to excel in your own life and uplift others, light their lamp if one desires that end.

The wheels are intelligent, have elasticity, protective, expansive, can shrink in specific directions. This is also one’s fascia on a 3D body level. The wheels are in constant rotation elevate the spirit, lighten and heighten one’s vibration. A calmness, tranquility, weightlessness, even invisibility has been noted anciently and now in testimonies of abduction, contact with other worldly beings. The Ophanim are described as being made from ethereal substances, can appear solid or ‘ghost like’, the Shekinah and other such forms are involved in the rapture and the service of god along with seraphim, watchers, thrones, kingdoms and principalities. When the snake consumes it’s tail and tale the moon is full or in the dark new moon phase that is a different phase of integration of deep seated energies that brings a clarity of a former dark, confusing issue.

When the gold is in the crown chakra and below in the golden bowl (relates to the religious concept of heaven and hell Kether and Malkuth in the kabbalah). The well or Heart is the subconscious mind. Place where deep emotional memory energy is stored. The cracked vessel be it in the crown, head or below, overcompensated chakras, physical damage, spinal injuries, abuse, trauma makes the whole process more challenging. Too often people are not set up for personal success, but further abuse being diagnosed by those who pro port to be the powers that be. Lining their own pockets from chronic mental, emotional disorders, multiple personality disorders, fibromyalgia, chronic stress, possession, narcissistic manipulation (that is possession) and much more.
The vessel cracked, damaged in any way can not contain the waters of life efficiently, energy is low, vibrancy and glow almost dull, the brain -body is a hindrance instead of a blessing. When the fountain does not flow, is blocked, damned, erratic, no understanding of self, true self and one’s nature it is reflected in behaviour and clearly observed in dis ease, discomforts and many hide, wearing a painted smile. There are stomach issues peculiar to virgo astrologically, drastic changes in eating habits, sleep issues, mental and emotional issues, evasive tactics when one is in emotional turmoil, chronic stress, silently struggling, feeling hopeless. Self care, self love, self appreciation and self acceptance are good tools to employ along with empathy, mindfulness, patience and compassion as a good Samaritan, Recognizing someone’s inner struggle, cry for help, journey indeed; one recognizes the inner strength within one’s self that allows you to help another. Self discovery, self improvement can be daunting yet in the midst of these discomforting moments that can as teaching, learning moments exude one’s own true nature whilst helping others embrace the nature of their true, authentic self. Everyone battles their own storm no matter how invisible they may appear.

Resilience and the spear of destiny.
Resilience has many definitions including the ability to bounce back from traumatic, stress overloaded experiences. However sometimes one has to bounce forward, redefine the life force path (NLP, CBT and other modalities can assist) Transmute the energetic spheres.
The spear of destiny is a powerful magical artifact. The holder of the spear of destiny possesses the power of mind expansion. (a dark ages story line). The spear was created during the seven creative cycles for archangel Micheal (Revelations 12:7-9) to combat the endless, infinite darkness of the multiverse called Erebus. Spiritual meaning is it is a representation of the philosophical pursuits necessary to attain liberation (Moksha) from the cycles of birth and rebirths(samsara to the Buddhist).
This includes reoccurring thoughts that plaque the spirit or soul depending on your perception of energy. This depletes the resilience of which are many definitions. Resilience energy helps keep you grounded in your reality, retain energetic status of mind and body, helps prevent soul loss (see the Ophanim) soul is the twin flame that completes if one is under the illusion of separateness and dualism.there are many ways to recognize resilience in one’s self and the ramifications of that perception. There are many sources that will give you ways to develop this quality. It can be seen in behavioural patterns, habits, dialogue with self and others. A formula to develop resilience where D is desire, V is vision, P is plan, R is resistance and C is the change desired or outcome. Words, numbers, sigils, symbols have vibrational qualities, with understanding, contemplation used wisely one’s goal can be attained. One can attain, be the change they desire to be. What one resists persists, procrastination can be counter productive or otherwise depending on the circumstances. Many resist, refuse to do the inner shadow work and thwarting the seed of potential. Loosing sight of their desired outcome or life path. Obstacles can come from outside of self as others who will feed one’s self doubt, fuel self sabotaging habits or thinking, gossip, too much social media with content that does not fuel your innermost longings or desire. Keeping you in denial of your very potential , dreams, hopes and desires.
The resistance from within is a tough nut to crack, resilience building is vital for one’s optimum well being. Awareness of the inner state and what is external to that self can bring clarity. Remember the external challenges eg. animosity, gas lighting by narcissistic personalities, no sayers, phishing and all who require external validation with sob stories, victim complexities are fueled with fear, another powerful force. The modern day beast or Beelzebub is one with a narcissistic complex, that is their base of insecurity and fear. In religious parlance it is an entity called Yaldaboath. This entity has a complex narrative unto itself using manipulation, control, illusion, unconscious biases and mountains and deep chasms of fear.
The spear in Catholic parlance is a powerful reminder of life, death and resurrection of Jesus christ. The spear is also a weapon, words are a weapon to bring down a foe. It has been said misery deserves company and the negative projections from ego centric thinking and acts are just that. Especially vulnerable are the empaths, Heroke empaths. Such individuals wake up recognize your power it is not weakness it is a super power when dealing with narcissistic individuals.

Power can be viewed in many ways and in the hands of a person with cognitive dissonance chaos ensues. Often linked to a sense of entitlement based on unconscious biases and conscious biases that is quite apparent in those who belittle, mock, harass others; due to their own personal insufficiency and fears. Fear of the unknown, fear of their own cultural base being eroded away. Fears consciously projected on to others as a weapon in their mental, emotional bullying. Fear of not understanding what is going on within their construct of self and role in their perceived world and sphere of existence. Existence is a taut world, there is loss, loss of self worth, loss of position in the world they assumed was theirs to command. The anxiety, mental and emotional aberrations and deep inner conflict within their definition of perceived self consumes what if any existed in the psychic components that make the brain matter remain flexible, plastic, functioning at optimal best. These conflicting emotions, emotional discord and dissonance has roots in the somatosensory, also known as the vagus nerve, the wanderer called two trees in a treatise in the posts at corlunas.com; and the Endocannabinoid systems insufficiency.
