Fragrant herbs and scented flowers encapsulated in cotton fabric.
The sachets can be occasionally micro waved ~1.5 minutes. The rice sacs can be microwaved up to ~2.0 minutes maximum. Use the heat sparingly as overuse will deteriorate the herbs inside.
Great for easing pains and cold knots on the body. Women at that regular time of the month it eases those menstrual cramps nicely.
Fragrant herbs / Lavender / Spices imparts a delicate aroma to clothes. Place in wardrobe, drawer. They also ward off moths. Do not place in wet / damp places unless you want to sprout the wheat / rice inside!
