Henna powder when mixed with black tea, lemon oil to a paste applied with a cone made from plastic. You can easily make one yourself; and the paste is allowed to dry. Henna conditions  and nourishes the skin , nails and used under the feet keeps the feet cool. In the western part of the world it is used as a temporary tatoo on the skin and wedding celebrations in other countries. The color fades eventually.
