Cloaks, capes conceal, protect, hide. Some individuals often cloak, hide their intentions, thoughts and assume others do not know what they are thinking. The words that issue out of their mouth and the body language betrays their unspoken intent.

This is plainly experienced and it can become painful in the presence of those with narcissistic traits. Gas lighting is a method they employ to seduce you into doing their bidding. Narcissistic individuals can be most charming it does not mean they are nice or good. Their cupboard of tactical skills is limited to fear inducing, by any means necessary.

Wash the garment in cold water. Adding white vinegar to the rinse with help maintain fibre integrity. Air dry is preferred after  the spin cycle. If machine drying use wool dryer balls to pound out any accumulated dirt and keep fibres soft and flexible. They also speed up the drying process. A cool setting is preferred.

I saw per-crocheted squares in a local fabric shop selling much smaller squares at $5.99. I make my own squares and this garment has around 200 squares. Using that price in the fabric shop $5.99×200 squares = $1,800. Which ever way you look at it this cloak is a great deal.
