Assorted Crochet Tunics

Tunic made in pure Alpaca wool and organic cotton.

The wool I obtained from Peru during my shamanic initiations. Hand spun and hand dyed with vegetable mordants. I stayed with a small community of women who kept the sheep, processed their fleece to make yarn which was hand spun into various items and sold at Cusco  local handicraft market. The yarn is soft to raw texture, not itchy. All these garments are the same length from neck to hem ~34″ (inches)

Left side:  Peach borders on granny squares. Size medium chest ~ 40 inches. 14EU.

Centre: 100% cotton granny square design.Chest 40″, medium size. Length from neck back 34″

Right Side: Small cerise pink yarn joins the granny squares. Generally size 10 -14 EU.

The Price of these garments have been determined on the basis of  several visits to fabric / yarn stores of which i used to work for a local fabric store they are now selling pre crocheted much smaller squares at $5.99 each.  This garment has  over 35 squares all hand made by Corlunas. Using that base line for pricing these garments are a great purchase.

Please wash  when not too dirty, these items on gentle wash in cold to tepid water and mild detergent. Add vinegar to rinse to keep fibre integrity and colours bright.

Reshape after air dry or gentle to delicate machine dry. Adding wool dryer balls will reduce dry time and keep fibres soft and flexible. Steam press on wrong side or iron on #2 setting. This will keep the garment in prime condition for many years to come.
