The archetypes of the tarot are in every culture, be it an esoteric or exoteric system or defined another way as in books, papyrus they exist in many forms. The hanged man (Wisdom) is often associated with a Judas. There are many named Judas, many Marys’ and several Johns’ and Herod’s in literary works. Usually distinguished by place of birth or some other relationship. Judas from Ish- Kerioth has been named as the one who betrayed a Jesus of which there were many of that name.
These written works like the Bible are not god stories but are much later retellings of paleo contact events and the recollections by trance, vision, out of body, gnostic experience of actual events. Told in a classic esoteric way peculiar to that time of writing the recollection experience. The gospel of Judas page 39-40 in a dialogue with Jesus where Judas the disciple excluded from the circle of 12 (Zodiac) is linked to the 13th Aeon and the fallen Sophia concept of gnostic understanding. During 8 days both had a conversation page 126-129 in which it is noted the 13 th Aeon is that of Barbelo the gnostic Sethian mother of heaven where both came from. Judas is often shortened to Jude; Jude the brother of Jesus.
The hanged man is called Taslim in the Sufi Tarot by Ayeda Husain. Hanging as a form of punishment and hanging upside down carries a different message. In the traditional tarot he hangs on one foot, the right foot has significance if one desires to delve deeper. Hung for what one stands on, believes in and is usually associated with an offence contrary to what is normal right acceptable by societies norms. The traditional tarot card implies wisdom, trials, circumspection, discernment, sacrifice, intuition, divination, prophecy and in a reversed position of this card selfishness, the crowd and politics. In yoga hanging upside down enhances the life force flow used as corrective measures for a cloudy mind and lack of energy.
Suspending old beliefs, surrendering, breaking patterns, independence from the flock, spiritual growth are all attributed to this card. From another perspective reversed it signifies resisting stillness, being consumed by external matters, discomfort in one’s own skin that needs to be shed, the need to fit in or be part of the crowd. Judas was excluded from the circle of 12 (the Zodiac) and as the 13th sign which is a constellation OPHIUCHUS, the 13th Aeon of religiosities. The 13th and demon spirit so called. Not as it is understood these days. It also alludes to literary works extant in the Urantia book in the Lucifer rebellions and many rebellions that occurred in a far distant past -present conjunction. Still played out these days by many zealot truth seekers. The moon king of Sumeria was relegated to earth, this is an ancient history; as was a being called Lucifer, Sophia and other vibrational beings due to political reasons that still plaque many curious minded people.
Much evidence has shown that the beings, vibrations, entities animated in a classical exoteric way for ease of understanding; belie the actuality of what ensues in other dimensions beyond the concept of time- space on this 3D earth. They were far advanced, actualized, knew ascension, alchemy, techniques the earth 3D dwellers and much of science theories are only grasping. Time travel, astral projection, worm holes, dark matter quantum biology to name a few. In the not to distant past much of this information secretly guarded and encoded as sacred by alchemist, sages, brotherhoods, secret sacred societies. Many were killed, burned, hung for what they held sacred, believed in, ostracized, discriminated, excised, banned from normalized, conditioned society. It still goes on in very subtle ways the control by fear and fear of those in control of the unthinking populace and control, manipulation of those who have ideas, technology that they feel threatened by. They may loose their stature, seat and sphere of influence. These days they may loose followers on media platforms, they may get shut down, information false and true is hacked in by those who control the flow of energy, information depending on how they desire to destroy, erase, humiliate, control or veil their intent.
